Matheu Nelson

Mat was drafted by the Phillies in 2018, deciding to turn down the offer to attend Florida State University. From Day 1, that decision turned out to pay off greatly. Mat was an instant starter at catcher, being named National Player of the Year, 1st Team All-ACC + American, all while being the undisputed best catcher in the country. As Mat enters his next chapter, we thank him for all the bombs he hit. His stock has rightfully risen during his career at Florida State. I see no drop off. To cap off the season, Mat Nelson won the Buster Posey Award; cementing that he is the best catcher in the nation. #OnceANole

Malik Osborne

Malik Osborne is a veteran for the ‘Noles. He’s been here for two Sweet 16 appearances, including the season FSU finished No.4 in the AP Polls before COVID cancelled our season. With heightened expectations for this Seminoles squad, Malik will be an integral part in our system. Let’s #PackTheTuck, more body bags on the way.

Anthony Polite

An All-Around Hooper. Anthony Polite comes from a legacy of Noles, his father played for the Noles in the 90s. Now, he serves as one of our leaders going into his senior year. Coach CY referred to Polite as a “Lock for The League”. After his 22 point performance against Colorado in the NCAA Tourney, Polite is looking to make the whole nation aware of his talent and skill for the next level. As one of our premier shooters, we can’t wait to see threes raining down in the Tuck. #OnceANole

Mat embodies exactly what a #NEWBLOOD and BGU means. Matthew was named ACC 6th Man Of The Year, making that 4 straight for the Noles. Our system works, there is precedent. #ACC

Tristan Gross

The next generation of hoopers. Tristan Gross is a 6’5 point guard from St. Petersburg, FL. His exceptional shooting from the perimeter and aggressiveness when attacking the basket has earned him a 4 star rank going into his senior year of high school. The future looks bright for Tristan, as D1 offers are beginning to pile up. His game is tailored for the next level, and his work ethic is nothing short of relentless. We wish Tristan the best of luck in his future endeavors, there would be nothing better than seeing him don the Garnet and Gold.
